Gentle techniques
All of our treatment rooms offer special drop tables and pregnancy pillows to help you lie comfortably on the table, and many patients report it being the most comfortable position they’ve had during their second trimester and beyond. Our team focuses on working with the muscles and ligaments, gently adjusting the spine to alleviate pressure and relieve pain in areas like the hips, back, pubic bone, feet, and ankles—anywhere that isn’t moving or functioning properly.
Our goal is to keep your body balanced so you can better care for your baby, sleep, function and have a happy, healthy pregnancy.
Smoother Delivery
Maintaining proper pelvic alignment and ensuring that muscles and ligaments are in a healthy state creates more space for your baby to move and turn into the head-down position. With more room for your baby, you experience less pressure, making for an easier delivery. It’s much more challenging to have a natural birth if either your baby or your pelvis is out of alignment!
