If you are visiting Lemmata Chiropractic for the first time, we’d like you to know exactly what to expect. From the moment you walk through our doors, our goal is to provide a warm, supportive experience while helping you take the first step toward finding the root cause and helping your body function better.

Your First visit
Your first visit will be about 45 minutes in length. Upon entering the clinic, you’ll be warmly greeted by one of our friendly office staff, who will offer you a nice cup of tea or some water. If you filled out the new patient online forms before your visit, those will be collected, and you can relax for a few minutes before meeting with our doctor-led New Patient Care Team
At Lemmata, your first visit is not rushed and not one-size-fits-all.
You will be cared for by a doctor-led team working together to understand your concerns, your goals, and the best next step for your care.
During your first visit:
- Your case manager will listen first
They will learn what has been bothering you, how it is affecting your daily life, and what you want to get back to doing. - Your doctor will perform your clinical evaluation
Your doctor will examine you and determine whether X-rays are needed. - We do not believe in guessing
Most patients are not adjusted on the first visit because our doctors carefully review your findings first. - Your care is designed to be specific
We take time to make sure the care we recommend is safe, personalized, and designed to help you get results. - Your follow-up visit brings it all together
Your case manager will walk you through your findings, explain your X-rays, review your goals, and help you understand the doctor’s recommended care plan.
Your Second visit
Your second visit will be about 45 minutes and is designed to help you clearly understand what we found and what your next best step should be.
During this visit, your case manager will walk you through the doctor’s findings, review your X-rays, discuss your health goals, and explain the recommended care options based on your examination and results.
We encourage you to bring your spouse or a trusted support person to this visit, especially if they help you make health or financial decisions. We will be reviewing important information about your condition, your goals, and the care plan designed to help you get results.
Once your findings have been reviewed and all of your questions are answered, we can begin care with your first doctor prescribed treatments.
